PEARL CITY – Ralph R. Stukenberg, 81, of Pearl City and former longtime Leaf River/German Valley resident, died Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020 in Franklin Grove Living & Rehab Center. Born Sept.14, 1939 in Adeline, the son of Leonard and Della (Genandt) Stukenberg.

Married to Pamela Endress July 19, 1994 in Rapid City, S.D. Ralph was a bindery operator at Quebcor in Mt. Morris for 42 years prior to retiring in 2001. He enjoyed traveling, living full time in his RV since 2007 and spending the past six winters in Harlingen, Texas. Ralph also enjoyed railroads, both real and model, and taking his dogs for walks. He was a member of Mendota Hills The Rescue in Amboy and Eastgate in Harlingen.

Survived by his wife, Pam Stukenberg of Pearl City; son, Curt Stukenberg of German Valley; step-daughter, Jessica (Peter) Guzman-Dunn of Gross Point Park, Mich.; and grandchildren: Oscar Dunn, Agatha Dunn and Logan Stukenberg.

Preceded in death by his parents; son, Keith; and sister, Betty.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, no services are scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ralph’s name may be made to Friends Forever Humane Society, Freeport. Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home, Oregon assisted the family.
