MOUNT MORRIS – Robert F. Fulton, age 76, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020 in Franklin Grove Living & Rehab Center, Franklin Grove. Bob was born on March 18, 1944 in Oregon, the son of Fred and Lela (Wagner) Fulton Sr. 

He graduated from Mt. Morris High School class of 1962. He served in the United States Air Force. Bob married Cindy James on Aug. 12, 1967 in Rockford. 

Bob worked for F.N. Smith in Oregon for many years. He was a hard worker, his yard was always perfect and he loved to garden, he bowled and he played bingo, most of all he was crazy about his grandchildren and spending time with family and Friends.

Bob is survived by wife: Cindy Fulton, Mt. Morris,; son: Jason (Jamie) Fulton, Mt. Morris; grandson: Michael Fulton, Fort Bliss, Texas; granddaughter: Jasmine Coy- Fulton, Mt. Morris; brother: Fred (Herta) Fulton Jr., Broadhead, Wis.; Sisters: Linda (Don) Orsted, Mt. Morris, Ellen Peterson, Rockford; and many nieces and nephews.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents; 2 sons: Brian and Doug; 3 sisters: Nellie Book, Leota Murray, and Betty Corirossi.

Memorial services were held on Friday, Sept. 25, 2020 at 11 a.m. in Oakwood Cemetery, Mt. Morris, with Rev. Larry Jameson officiating. There was a short visitation prior to the service in Oakwood Cemetery from 10:30 a.m. until service time.

Due to Covid-19 social distance and masks are recommended.
