At 10:13 p.m., Oregon Police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of N. Etnyre Ave. resulting in the arrest of Thomas W. Cardey, 47, Oregon, for domestic battery. Cardey was transported to the Ogle County jail.
Feb. 4
At 2:40 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance call that was occurring on the Washington Street Bridge where, following a thorough investigation, at 6:30 p.m., Matthew W. Duffy, 42, Byron, was arrested for aggravated battery. Duffy was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 5:34 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Justin G. Woods, 38, of Lake Geneva, Wis., for driving while license suspended. A passenger in Woods’ vehicle, Carl E. Giese, age 50, Polo, was issued civil citations for possession of cannabis less than 10 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Woods was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 200 block of N. 4th Street.

At 4:35 p.m., Oregon Police issued Jennifer A. Coine, 21, Oregon, a city citation for violating the trash and rubbish ordinance. This violation occurred in the 500 block of S. 2nd Street.
At 6:55 p.m., Oregon Police issued Rachel R. Ware, 31, Oregon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
At 8 p.m., Oregon Police issued Nathan M. Shull, 17, Oregon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 10th Street.

At 2:40 p.m., Oregon Police issued Dalton C. Quimbley, 23, Mt. Morris, a citation for unlawful window tint. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 3:07 p.m., Oregon Police issued Christina S. Jeralds, 32, Rochelle, a citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 4:10 p.m., Oregon Police issued Amy J. Gann, 41, Davis Junction, citations for unlawful window tint and no valid driver’s license. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
At 4:48 p.m., Oregon Police issued Samantha C.K. Wroten, 31, Oregon, a citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 9:07 p.m., Oregon Police issued Megan M. Mjoen, 20, Oregon, a citation for unlawful window tint. This violation occurred in the 700 block of S. 5th Street.
At 11:46 p.m., Oregon Police issued Mackenzie D. Graham, 25, Oregon, a citation for unlawful window tint. This violation occurred in the 600 block of Jefferson Street.

At 6:52 p.m., Oregon Police issued Sarah D. Bailey, 42, Rockford, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and a civil citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger in Bailey’s vehicle, Anna K. Eikstadt, 20, Oregon, was also issued a civil citation for possession of cannabis less than 10 grams. These violations occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
Feb. 9
At 3:19 p.m., Oregon Police issued Alexis D. Cantrell, 19, Chana, a citation for driving while license suspended. This violation occurred in the 1200 block of Pines Road.
At 3:52 p.m., Oregon Police issued Merritt E. Kuhn, 45, Franklin Grove, a citation for unlawful window tint. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
At 9:38 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Brandon E. Tremble, 40, Oregon, for driving under the influence of alcohol. Tremble was also issued a citation for improper lane usage. Tremble was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 700 block of W. Oregon Trail Road.
Feb. 10
At 9:31 p.m., Oregon Police issued Bradley S. Delhotal, 40, Dixon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 400 block of N. 4th Street.
At 11:57 p.m., Oregon Police issued Skyler D.G. Robbins, 17, of Lanark, IL, citations for disobey a traffic control device and no valid driver’s license – curfew. Robbins was also charged for possession of tobacco products, with a referral to the State’s Attorney’s Office for this charge. These violations occurred in the 1400 block of Koontz Place.

Feb. 12
At 2:06 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance call in the 400 block of S. 3rd Street resulting in the arrest of Corey K. Stone, 23, Oregon, for disorderly conduct. Stone was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 6:01 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Timothy M. Richardson, 38, Oregon, for violation of bond conditions. Richardson was transported to the Ogle County jail.
February 14, 2019:
At 7:00 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of S. 4th and Washington Streets involving a 2011 Dodge driven by Timothy J. Strohecker, 40, Oregon, and a 2014 Toyota driven by Sarah B. Mekeel, 31, Dixon. No citations were issued.
At 3:35 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of N. 5th and Washington Streets involving a 2014 Chevrolet driven by Teresa F. McDowell, 70, Oregon, and a 2001 Buick driven by Keith E. Avery, 45, Mt. Morris. McDowell was issued a citation for failure to yield at an intersection.
At 8:47 p.m., Oregon Police issued a citation to Brittany D. Dykstra, 26, Byron, for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
Feb. 15
At 7:45 a.m., Oregon Police took a hit and run traffic crash report from Cydney R. Long, 23, Oregon, where her 2017 Nissan was struck by an unknown vehicle in the early morning hours of the day. At 12:20 p.m., Oregon Police issued a citation to Madyson J.L. Black, 16, Oregon, for disobeying a school crossing guard on the previous day at approximately 12:10 p.m. at the intersection of 10th and Jefferson Streets.
At 4:45 p.m., Oregon Police issued Patrick T. Timm, 34, Oregon, a citation for unlawful window tint. This violation was observed and occurred at the 4th and Washington Streets intersection.

At 1:29 a.m., Oregon Police arrest Ashley N. Borgen, 23, Byron, on an Ogle County warrant for a probation violation on a marijuana charge. Borgen was transported to the Ogle County jail.

Burke, 45, Oregon, and a 2012 Buick driven by Jodi R. Henley, 56, Byron. Burke was issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device.
