Byron Police arrested Michael Sarver, 33 of Oregon, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Sarver was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Sarver was also issued citations for Driving Under the Influence When BAC is >.08 and Possession of Cannabis Under 10 gm.
Jan. 10
Byron Police investigated an accident with no injuries that occurred at the intersection of W. Second St. and Colfax. Involved were Richard Soulon, 79 of Dixon, and Heather Nobleza, 28 of Mt. Morris. Soulon was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

Rowland Gillette, 20 of Rock Falls, was issued a citation for Speeding 48 mph in a 30 mph Zone.
Richard Messling, age 18 of Byron, was issued a citation for Failure to Yield at Intersection.

Anna Wolf, 32 of Byron, was issued a citation for Expired Registration.
Janet Meeker, 51 of Byron, was issued a citation for Speeding 51 mph in a 35 mph Zone.
Austin Taylor, 22 of Pecatonica, was issued a citation for Disobeying a Stop Sign.
Byron Police arrested Johnna Tamburello, 49 of Byron, on an Ogle County warrant. Tamburello was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Amanda Meyer, 23 of Rockford, was issued a citation for Driving While License is Suspended.
Rosario Rubio, 47 of Rockford, was issued a citation for Driving While License is Suspended.
Roger Williams, 66 of Byron, was issued a citation for Driving While License is Suspended.
Tyler Christianson, 19 of Byron, was issued a citation for Speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph Zone.
