Byron Police report 6-3-19

Byron Police investigated an accident with no injuries that occurred in the 500 block of W. Blackhawk.  Involved were Beverly Allen, 68 of Winnebago, and Joanne Carr, 54 of Oregon. Allen was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

May 10

Victor Schwartz, 32 of Oregon, was issued citations for Driving While License is Suspended and No Proof of Insurance.

William Julian, 34 of Byron, was issued a citation for Disobeying a Traffic Sign.

May 11

Byron Police arrested Thomas Debnam, 57 of Byron, on a warrant. Debnam was transported to the Ogle County Jail, where he posted bond, and was released.

May 12

Reed Scheidecker, 32 of Byron, was issued a citation for Expired Registration.

May 16

Olivia Hendrickson, 23 of Byron, was issued a citation for Disobeying a Traffic Sign.

Rick McCartney, 68 of Byron, was issued a citation for Improper Use of Electronic Communication Device.

Matthew McKenzie, 50 of Oregon, was issued a citation for Speeding 49 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

May 17

Julie John, 32 of Rockford, was issued a citation for Speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

May 20

Brian Vines, 19 of Stillman Valley, was issued a citation for Improper Display of Front License Plate.

May 21

Byron Police arrested Decaro Henson, 33 of Rockford, on a Winnebago County warrant.  Henson was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Daniel Stickler, 22 of Byron, was issued a citation for Driving While License is Suspended.

Nicole Malach, 38 of Dixon, was issued a citation for Speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

John Arn, 36 of Byron, was issued a citation for Parking With Expired Registration.

May 24

Byron Police arrested Caitlin O’Connor, 30 of Kirkland, for Domestic Battery. O’Connor was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held without bond.
