The Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Lamonte Kazee, 27, of Milwaukee, Wis., for Driving While License Revoked. Kazee was arrested by deputies on I-39 near Monroe Center after being stopped for speeding. Kazee was held in lieu of bond at the Ogle County Jail.
Dec. 16
At approximately 11:30 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of IL Rte 64 and IL Rte 251 for an equipment violation. After a brief investigation Deputies issued Athena Sellers, 31, of Rockford, a citation, with a return court date for Driving While License Suspended.
At approximately 7:27 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block S. IL Rte 251 for a registration violation. After a brief investigation, Deputies arrested Mulibwa Mwanza, 26, of Rockford, for Driving while License Suspended. Mulibwa was then transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
Dec. 12
At approximately 8:10 p.m., Deputies were dispatched to the area of Goose Hollow Rd and Freeport Rd, reference a possible car vs deer. After a short investigation Nikolas Cruz, 28 of Dixon, was placed under arrest for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Cruz was then transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
Dec. 11
At approximately 4:30 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's deputies responded to a residence in rural Ogle County in reference to a report of bond condition violations. After a short investigation, Karl A. Munda, 36, of Forreston, was arrested for violation of bond conditions. Munda was transported to the Ogle County Jail were he is being held in lieu of bond.
Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies Arrested Tyler J Nichol, 21, of Lena, on a Failure to Appear Warrant. Nichol has a bond of $961 Full Cash. Nichol posted bond and was released with no return court date.
