The following people were arrested for Ogle County Outstanding Warrants:
Robin Weatherall, 31, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Weatherall has a bond of $2072. Weatherall will return to court on 03/13/20 at 9 a.m. Weatherall remains in the Ogle County Jail.
Nicholas D. Pillion, 19, of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Pillion has a bond of $115 and will return to court on 03/13/20 at 9 a.m. Pillion remains in the Ogle County Jail.
March 9
Erick S. Williams,33, of Bellwood, was arrested by Ogle County Sheriff's Office for a Property Damage Warrant. Williams has a bond of $5,000/10 percent, and will go to court on 03/09/20 at 1 p.m. Williams remains in the Ogle County jail.
At approximately 9:50 p.m. Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies investigated a car in the ditch, in the 10,000 block of North IL Rte 2. Upon further investigation, Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 57 year old Merry Young of Rockford for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Young was then transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
March 8
At approximately 1:56 a.m., Deputies initiated a traffic stop at near the intersection of Oregon St. and Campbell Ave. in Polo. After further investigation Deputies arrested Bradley Fogle, 33 of Milledgeville, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Fogle was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
At approximately 5:21 p.m., Deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Lowell Park Rd. and Penn Corner Rd. After further investigation Deputies arrested Justin Bennett, 27 of Kewannee, for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for Failure to Appear and Improper Cannabis Container. Bennett was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
At approximately 4:18 p.m., Deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Illinois Rte. 64 and Woodlawn Rd. After further investigation Deputies arrested Kayla Palin, 27 of Rockford, for Improper Cannabis Container. Palin was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
March 7
At approximately 11:15 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Laura L. Madden, 55 of Leaf River, at an address in Leaf River. Madden was arrested on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant for Driving While License Suspended. She posted the $450.00 bond, was released, and will have no further court appearances.
At 5:59 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Lighthouse Rd. and Daysville Rd., for a traffic violation. After a short investigation, Dustin Hutcherson, 32 of Rochelle, was arrested for Improper Cannabis Container/Driver, and Driving While License Suspended. Hutcherson was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
March 6
At 8:29 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Illinois Rte. 251 and Steward Road. After a short investigation Deputies arrested Lesley Foster, 29 of Chicago, for Improper Cannabis Container, Driving While License Suspended, No Valid License, and Obstruction of Justice. Foster was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held without Bond. Deputies were assisted on scene by Rochelle Police
