At approximately 12:30 a.m. Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Reana Foster, 20 of DeKalb for Driving While License Suspended. Foster was arrested on Rte. 38 by Deputies after being stopped for speeding. Foster was transported to the Ogle County Jail and left in lieu of bond.  

Aug. 27

Leo R. Dempewolf, 25, of Oregon was arrested for Failure to Appear. Dempewolf has a bond of $682 and will go to court 08/27/19 at 1 p.m. Dempewolf remains in the Ogle County jail.

Aug. 24

At approximately 9:03 p.m., Deputies responded to a single vehicle rollover accident in the 7100 block of West Edgewood Rd. After further investigation, it was determined that an easbound vehicle being driven by William Kreps, 61, of Dixon, traveled off the north edge of the roadway. The vehicle then entered a cornfield where it overturned. Kreps refused medical attention at the scene. Kreps was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. Deputies were assisted by Polo Fire and EMS.

Aug. 23

At approximately 12:07 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 19000 block E. Rte. 64, for an equipment violation. After a brief investigation Deputies arrested Kyle Hogan, 20 of Sycamore for Driving While License Suspended.  Kyle was transported to the Ogle County Jail and left in lieu of bond.  

Aug. 21

At approximately 7 p.m., Ogle County Deputies were dispatched to the 6000 block N. IL Rte 251, reference a possible battery. After a brief investigation, Deputies arrested David MA Rivera, 42 of Kings for Domestic Battery. David was then transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

At approximately 11 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 10000 block of E IL Rte 64. After investigation, Deputies arrested Brandi N. Richardson for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Brandi was also issued citations for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Speeding 11-14 MPH Above the Speed Limit and Improper Lane Usage. Richardson was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was released to Correctional Staff and held in lieu of bond.
