At 11:33 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a 911 hang up that resulted in the arrest of Keith R. Lawnicki, 28, Oregon, for disorderly conduct. Lawnicki was transported to the Ogle County jail.
Dec. 3
At 11:34 a.m., Oregon Police issued Haley R. James, 19, of Kirkland, IL, a citation for speeding, 46mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred near the intersection of N. 4th and Fair Streets.
Dec. 6
At 2:23 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Stephen M. Ridenhour, 50, Mt. Morris, for driving while license revoked. Ridenhour was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Ridenhour was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 500 block of W. Washington Street.

At 12:10 a.m., Oregon Police issued Leslie J. Nelson, 42, of Spring Grove, IL, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred at the intersection of 4th and Washington Streets.
At 9:21 a.m., Oregon Police issued Brandon C. Herring, 30, Mt. Morris, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 600 block of E. Washington Street.
At 12:27 p.m., Oregon Police issued Kendrick J. Oriyavong, 16, Mt. Morris, a citation for speeding, 44 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 500 block of Oregon Trail Road.

At 7:31 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 100 block of S. 4th Street where a 2004 Audi driven by Conner C. Winterland, age 16, Chana, struck a parked 2016 Ford belonging to Keith Tortorella, age 66, Chicago. No citations were issued.

At 8:09 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance call in the 300 block of S. 6th Street resulting in the arrest of Ashlee L. Parisi, 29, Oregon, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear.
At 11:23 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Drew A. Dickens, 19, Roscoe, IL, for driving under the influence of alcohol. Dickens was also issued citations for improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving under the influence with blood alcohol content greater than .08%. Dickens was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 600 block of S. 4th Street.
At 11:50 p.m., Oregon Police, while on a traffic stop, also took a report of a traffic crash that had occurred during the traffic stop, where a 1991 GMC driven by Douglas S. Carr, 50, Oregon, struck a parked 2001 Dodge owned by Drew A. Dickens, age 19, Roscoe. No citations were issued.

At 2:29 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Christopher L. Cash, 31, Oregon, for driving under the influence of alcohol. Cash was also issued a citation for illegal transportation of alcohol. Cash was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 300 block of N. 7th Street.
Dec. 13
At 8:56 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance call in the 300 block of S. 6th Street resulting in the arrest of Brian K. Jordan, 53, Oregon, for disorderly conduct. Jordan was transported to the Ogle County jail.
December 14, 2019:
At 6:27 p.m., Oregon Police issued Dustin Beauchamp, 34, of Walnut, IL, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred n the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 7:53 p.m., Oregon Police issued Deven L. Kenerson, 16, Mt. Morris, a citation for disobeying a stop sign. This violation occurred at the intersection of 4th and Ford Streets.
At 8:47 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Winston E. Tomlinson, 22, Rockford, for possession of controlled substance. Tomlinson was also issued a civil citation for possession of cannabis less than 10 grams. These violations occurred in the 800 block of N. 4th Street.
At 10:20 p.m., Oregon Police arrested James M. Grothe, 59, Oregon, for driving under the influence of alcohol. Grothe was also issued citations for driving without lights when required and driving under the influence of alcohol with blood alcohol content greater than .08%. Grothe was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 300 block of Franklin Street.
December 15, 2019:
At 3:10 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Joshua D. Schier, 42, Oregon, for domestic battery. Schier was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 6:40 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Tommie L. Hurst, 29, Oregon, for no valid driver’s license. Hurst was also issued citations for unlawful window tint, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a vehicle with expired registration plates. Hurst was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 7:31 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Parkview Drive resulting in the arrest of Benjamin R. Thrasher, 42, Oregon, for domestic battery. Thrasher was transported to the Ogle County jail.
