At 2:00 p.m., Oregon Police issued a city citation to Adrienne N. Schoeffel, 33, Oregon, for violating section 20-3(5) of the nuisance ordinance.
At 7:49 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Charles A. Koura, 33, Rockton, on an outstanding Rockford Police Dept. warrant for theft. Koura was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 400 block of N. 4th Street.
Feb. 13
At 8:38 p.m., Oregon Police issued Steven W. Graff, 27, Chana, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in 900 block of W. Washington Street.
At 11:41 p.m., Oregon Police issued Rakyn D. Goodman, 22, Rockford, a citation for speeding, 67 mph in a 40 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 100 block of E. Washington Street.
Feb. 14
At 3:41 p.m., Oregon Police issued Marangely Diaz-Gutierrez, 20, of Freeport, citations for operating a vehicle with illegal window tint and no valid driver’s license. This violation occurred in the 400 block of W. Washington Street.
Feb. 15
At 1:45 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the parking lot at 800 S. 4th Street, TNT Motors, involving a 1997 Chevrolet driven by Johnna D. Rowland, 19, Mt. Morris, and a parked 2007 Hyundai belonging to TNT Motors. No citations were issued.
At 4:35 p.m., Oregon Police issued Brian S. Black, 43, Mt. Morris, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 500 block of W. Washington Street.
At 4:51 p.m., Oregon Police issued Timothy J. Greene, 42, of Naperville, a citation for improper lane use. This violation occurred in the 300 block of W. Washington Street.
At 7:44 p.m., Oregon Police issued Thomas P. Smith, 45, Dixon, citations for disobeying a traffic control device, operating a vehicle with illegal window tint, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 300 block of N. 4th Street.
At 8:26 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Benjamin G. Rhodes, 41, Dixon, for an outstanding Lee County warrant for failure to appear. Rhodes was also issued a citation for no valid driver’s license. Rhodes was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 300 block of N. 4th Street.
