At 4:30 a.m., Oregon Police issued a parking citation to a Chevrolet truck belonging to Robert Disch, 50, Oregon, for violating the trailer ordinance. This violation occurred in the 900 block of Madison Street.

At 10:35 a.m., Oregon Police issued Danny L. Rosenbalm a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 2000 block of W. IL Route 64.

At 7:45 a.m., Oregon Police investigated a hit and run traffic crash at the intersection of 10th and Adams Streets involving a 2012 Chrysler owned by Brittney N. Merrymen, 24, Oregon, that was struck by an unknown light blue van. Anyone having any information regarding this incident, please contact the Oregon Police Department at 815-732-2162. Merryman was issued a citation for driving while license suspended.
At 8:11 p.m., Oregon Police issued Katie M. Munyon, 32, Mt. Morris, a citation for disobeying a stop sign. This violation occurred at the intersection of 5th and Franklin Streets.
May 20
At 1:50 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a hit and run traffic crash in the parking lot of the McDonald’s restaurant located at 211 S. 4th Street where an unknown vehicle struck a parked 2010 Jeep belonging to Ashlyn J. May 21
At 4:32 p.m., Oregon Police issued Forrest A. Winstead, 24, Stillman Valley, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of 3rd and W. Washington Streets.
At 9:00 p.m., Oregon Police issued Frank E. Fenton, 56, Oregon, a city citation for violating the city code truck/tractor/trailer ordinance. This violation occurred in the 900 block of Madison Street.
At 9:25 p.m., Oregon Police issued Julie A. Robertson, 32, Springfield, a city citation for being in the park after closing hours. This violation occurred in Lower Oregon Park East.
May 23
At 5:06 a.m., Oregon Police issued Melissa J. Martinetz, 44, of Shorewood, IL, a citation for speeding, 63 mph in a 40 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 200 block of E. Washington Street.
At 6:50 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Zackery W. Stewart-Carter, age 21, Oregon, on three outstanding warrants. Two were Rockford Police Department warrants and one was a Winnebago County warrant. Stewart-Carter was transported to the Ogle County jail.

At 3 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance call in the 300 block of N. 4th Street resulting in the arrest of Randi Suter, 33, Rochelle, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for contempt of court. Also arrested was Amber L. Keener, 36, Dixon, had an outstanding Ogle County warrant for contempt of court. Both Suter and Keener were transported to the Ogle County jail.
May 25
At 9:34 a.m., Oregon Police issued Joann G. Lee, 50, Oregon, citations for illegal transportation of alcohol as a driver and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred near the 7th and W. Washington Street intersection.
May 26
At 8:56 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Howard K. Dalke, 54, Dixon, for no valid driver’s license. Dalke was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 300 block of W. Washington Street.
