At 9:18 p.m., Oregon Police issued Robert A. Galow, Jr., 35, Mt. Morris, a citation for being a pedestrian under the influence in the roadway. This violation occurred at the intersection of Lover’s Lane and Oregon Trail Road.
May 21, 2019:
At 8:34 p.m., Oregon Police issued Olivia L. Mongan, 18, Dixon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 400 block of Madison Street.
May 22
At 11:29 a.m., Oregon Police investigated a traffic crash in the 200 block of S. 4th Street involving a 1998 Saturn driven by Austin R. Klapp, 16, Oregon, and a 2014 Ford driven by Daniel P. Baer, 56, Chana. Klapp was issued a citation for failure to yield turning left.
At 9:22 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Luster B. Winter, 25, Dixon, on an outstanding Lee County warrant for failure to appear. Winter was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Winter was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 600 block of Gale Street.
May 23
At 8:19 p.m., Oregon Police issued Christopher P. Jamieson, 39, Oregon, a citation for violation of license classification – no class M. This violation occurred in the 500 block of Franklin Street.
May 24
At 5:36 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Heather L. Heathcott, age 38, Mt. Morris, for driving while license suspended. Heathcott also had an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. Heathcott was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
May 25
At 1:11 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Charlotte M. Hinds, 25, Mt. Morris, for driving while license suspended. Hinds was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 800 block of Pines Road.
At 8:30 a.m., Oregon Police issued Bryon M. Guida, 39, Oregon, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
At 2:09 p.m., Oregon Police issued Rheed M. Howerton, 21, Mt. Morris, citations for violation of license classification – no class M and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 7:20 p.m., Oregon Police issued Jeremy R. Cover, 31, Dixon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 200 block of N. 4th Street.
At 7:59 p.m., Oregon Police issued Megan D. Buttens, 17, Mt. Morris, a citation for texting while driving. This violation occurred in the 1000 block of W. Washington Street.
8 parking citations and 13 verbal/written warnings were issued from 05/20/19 through 05/26/19.
