REPORT: Miguel A. Castro Navarro, 42, Sterling, was cited for speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph speed zone.  Navarro was released on an I-Bond.

REPORT:  Daniel L. Karla, 37, Polo, was cited for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device. Karla was released on an I-Bond.

TIME:  2:32 a.m.

REPORT:  Frank M. Kowal, 46, Polo, was arrested for Domestic Violence and Criminal Trespass to a Residence.  Kowal was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

TIME:  6:32 p.m.

REPORT: Michael S. Fogle, 41, Polo, was issued a City Citation for a Dangerous Dog.

REPORT:  Elizabeth H. Laborn, 28, Freeport, was cited for speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. Laborn was issued an I-Bond.
