REPORT: Jose F. Montoya, 57, Rockford, was cited for speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. Montoya was issued a Notice to Appear citation.

REPORT: Donald L. Summers, 35, Polo, was arrested for an Outstanding Ogle County Warrant and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Summers was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

REPORT: Steven S. Riddle, 34, Rockford, was cited for speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. Riddle was issued a Notice to Appear citation.
