CHANA – Charles “Bud” H. Sutton, 87, passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. Cremation care provided by Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle. A celebration of life will be held at a later date with a full obituary to follow.
