FORRESTON – Tracy L. Weems, age 49 of Forreston, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021 at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Ill. She was born March 27, 1972; the daughter of the late James and Phyllis Stamper. She graduated from Oregon High School and went on to Rock Valley College. Tracy married Mickal Weems on October 2, 2014.
She loved family trips of all kinds, especially to Edwards Apple Orchard and the Pecks Farm Stand. Halloween was her favorite Holiday and she loved everything about the season. She also enjoyed crocheting and cooking, which she was very talented at. Tracy was an avid collector of angels along with piggies, unicorns, and Minnie Mouse. She was a kind person who had a great love for animals. She had a special love for her two fur babies, Little Bit and Bob.
She is survived by her husband Mickal Weems of Forrestion; father and mother-in-law, Glenn and Judy Weems of Baileyville; grandmother-in-law, Annice Weems of Byron; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. A memorial fund has been established in her name. Condolences may be shared at www.walkermortuary.com.
