OREGON — The Forreston-Polo girls track and field team won the IHSA 1A Oregon Sectional on Friday, May 10 with 101.5 total points.
Among the state qualifiers were Bree Schneiderman in the 100-meter dash and the 200-meter dash, Letrese Buisker in the 300-meter hurdles and Sydni Badertscher in the shot put and discus.
Forreston-Polo also advanced to the state meet in the 400-meter relay (Elsa Monaco, Bree Schneiderman, Letrese Buisker and Autum Pritchard) and the 800-meter relay (Elsa Monaco, Bree Schneiderman, Letrese Buisker and Autum Pritchard).
